Service Terms
Prices shown on this website are starting prices for the listed scope. Long-form work, paid advertising, broadcast campaigns, national or regional usage, complex production, rush work and expanded licensing may require an additional quote.
Unless a service states otherwise, one reasonable revision for performance direction is included. Script changes, new creative direction, additional versions or revisions outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
Commercial usage rights apply only to the market, media, term and purpose agreed for the project. Rights are not automatically unlimited or perpetual when a project involves paid advertising or broadcast usage.
Because voiceover work is customized, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on how much work has already been completed. If recording or production has begun, completed work and committed production time may be non-refundable. Contact gigsarizona@gmail.com as soon as possible if a project changes.
Mucho Voice Club benefits are intended for the subscribing customer and qualifying monthly work. Unused monthly recordings do not automatically roll over unless agreed in writing.
These terms are a practical service summary and may be supplemented by a written quote or project agreement for larger campaigns.
